What we look for
- 10+ years in container glass operations
- At least 5 years on the hot end
- One full furnace campaign (commissioning, run, rebuild) end to end
- One job change campaign in your career where you owned the standard, not just executed it
- Comfortable on a plant floor at 3am on a bad shift
- Vendor-neutral by temperament — not just contract
What we don't look for
- MBAs with no plant experience
- Consultants whose container glass exposure was a single audit
- Junior analysts who would otherwise learn at clients' expense

- Senior practitioners with regional concentration (LATAM, EU, Asia, MENA)
- Hot-end audit lead
